'm sorry but at this time SMFX cannot accept refunds or exchanges for custom orders and international sales.

IMPORTANT: Always contact us first before attempting to return any items. Failure to do so will void our return policy and no refund will be issued.

You have 24 hours to contact us from time of delivery to request a refund or exchange.

If the item is damaged by shipping please let us know, we will need pictures of the box before opening the item to prove to the shipping carrier of the damage, again you have 24 hours to contact us . shipping is your responsibility for the return.
